For 125 years, the family-owned company FALKE has been producing clothing, with a strong focus on high-quality hosiery and contemporary design. A new online shop for more individual communication
Whether sock subscriptions or embroidered monograms that turn hosiery into personalised one-of-a-kind items, variety and personalisation play a key role at FALKE. “As part of our e-commerce strategy, we wanted this to be reflected more strongly in our online shop as well,” explains Julia Willikonsky, Head of E-Commerce at FALKE. The brand worlds of FALKE and Burlington were to be made available online worldwide with country-specific offers. “Our previous shop system did not allow us to make content changes quickly and easily ourselves,” says Willikonsky. A relaunch was therefore decided, and the existing shop software was to be replaced.
