Hossam Amer, Co-Founder and Managing Director for novomind MEA, is a highly-accomplished Customer Experience Consultant and business developer with 20 years of experience in the enterprise and customer services software industry.  Prior to starting novomind MEA subsidiary, he held managerial positions at customer services solutions vendors including Avaya and Teleopti (now Calabrio). Thomas Köhler's career is closely intertwined with novomind's development. From the original idea of using chatbots as virtual consultants in customer service, to modern PIM and eCommerce solutions, Thomas Köhler, as a business IT specialist, has experience in complex customer scenarios and product architecture. Thomas Köhler has been a member of the management team since 2006 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012.

Fadi joined the novomind MEA team with a focus on accelerating the sales & marketing momentum across the Middle East & Africa region. Fadi spent majority of his career building & leading sales teams with a focus on consultative & value selling in major & global companies like Avaya, Oracle & NCR. He will be building on the customer success stories in the UAE, Saudi & Egypt. Fadi will be working closely with novomind MEA Managing Director and Partner, Hossam Amer.

Amr Afifi, started in 2019 as an experienced solution architect-engineer responsible for intelligent & customizable iAGENT apps design to satisfy different needs of our customers. Now Amr is leading our software delivery team creating the most advanced & out-of-the-box plugins to satisfy the different iAGENT users' characteristics.

Julian Langhoff originally comes from Hamburg and joined novomind back in 2006 when he began his studies in Business Informatics and IT Management & Consulting. After several years in Operations, he was appointed Director IT Service Transition in 2019. Since June 2020, Julian Langhoff has been responsible for the Product Development iAGENT business unit.

Sina Klawun studied engineering and worked for software companies and personnel service providers. At novomind since 2012, she has successfully implemented numerous chatbots, omnichannel systems and CRM integrations. After three years as a technical partner manager supporting the development of our location in Dubai, she now leads a small team as Head of Consulting for the support of our worldwide hubs.

After a technical apprenticeship at SIEMENS, Sven Tunnermann has been working in the IT industry as a programmer since 1998. During the IT bubble (1999-2002) he passed through various stations of different software developments and technologies. 2012 iskomplett changed to consulting. In 2015 he started at novomind as a project manager, after which he moved to product management in 2017. Since 2018, Sven Tunnermann has been appointed Deputy BU Manager novomind iAGENT and has also taken on the position of Product Owner.
